Ingredients for 6 inches
Biscuit Base
150g Digestives
75g Butter
Apples
250g chopped apples
50g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (added, not in the original recipe)
Cheesecake Filling
250g Full fat cream cheese
63g Icing Sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
75ml double cream
Crumble Topping
60g Plain Flour
30g Caster Sugar
30g Butter
I used the Ninja Airfryer, 180 for 15mins.
