Korean Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients

3 TBSP Ketchup
1 – 1.5 TBSP Gochujang (Can bought from any supermarket, normally found in the Asian Aisle)
1/2 TBSP Soya Sauce
1/2 TBSP Honey
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp mince garlic

Mix everything and cook on low heat. This sauce can be used with chicken, noodles, tofu, or pork ribs.

Fried Tofu and covered in the sauce.
