INGREDIENTS
1) 125g SR
1) 55g butter
2) 55g sugar
3) 125g dried fruit
4) 2.5 tbsp milk
4) half an egg
5) Dem sugar to sprinkle
METHOD
Mix 1 until sand consistency
Add 2 mix
Add 3 mix
Mix 4 and add to flour mixture
Sprinkle 5 on top
I used the Ninja Foodie 9 in 1 160, 30mins on “Bake”
