Scaled down Sponge ingredients
100g pitted dates roughly chopped
100 ml boiled water
1/2tsp bi carb
38g butter
1TBSP black treacle
25g Dark Mus sugar
1 large Egg
75g PL Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Scaled down sauce ingredients
75g butter
150g Dark Mus sugar
1/2TBSP Black treacle
100ml double cream
